Engine Rebuild

Engine rebuilding is the process of giving your engine a second life. Instead of replacing it with a new one, we carefully take apart your existing engine, inspect every internal component, clean and

machine the reusable parts, and replace any worn or damaged components. The goal is to restore the engine to like-new condition-or better.

Why Rebuild Instead of Replace?

- More Affordable: Rebuilding often costs much less than buying a brand-new or remanufactured

engine.

- Performance Recovery: A rebuilt engine can match the performance and reliability of a new one

when done properly.

- Eco-Friendly: Rebuilding reuses your existing engine block and other parts, reducing waste and

environmental impact.

- Vehicle Compatibility: You keep your original engine, ensuring perfect fitment and compatibility

with your vehicle's systems.

Engines We Work On

- Gasoline and diesel engines

- Inline (I4, I6), V6, V8, and flat/boxer engines

- Turbocharged and naturally aspirated engines

- Engines in passenger cars, light trucks, commercial vehicles, and off-road equipment

Our Engine Rebuilding Process

Our rebuilding process is precise and methodical, following industry best practices and strict quality

standards.

1. Full Diagnostic Evaluation

Before we touch a wrench, we perform a complete engine assessment. This includes electronic

diagnostics (if applicable), compression testing, leak detection, and oil analysis. We identify the

cause of failure-whether it's overheating, poor lubrication, timing issues, or mechanical wear.

2. Engine Removal and Disassembly

We carefully remove the engine from your vehicle and completely disassemble it. Every component

is laid out, labeled, and inspected individually-down to each bolt and bearing.

3. Cleaning and Inspection

We use industrial-grade cleaning systems to remove carbon, oil sludge, and debris. Parts are then

inspected with micrometers, bore gauges, and crack detection tools (such as magnaflux or dye

penetrant) to check for warping, cracks, or excessive wear.

4. Precision Machining

- Cylinder honing or boring

- Crankshaft grinding

- Valve seat cutting

- Deck resurfacing of the engine block and cylinder head

- Rebalancing rotating assemblies if necessary

5. Replacement of Worn Parts

- Pistons and rings

- Bearings (main, rod, cam)

- Gaskets and seals

- Timing chains/belts and tensioners

- Oil and water pumps

- Valve guides and lifters

6. Engine Reassembly and Testing

We reassemble the engine using factory torque specs and procedures. We pre-lubricate critical

components, rotate and test fit, and check clearances throughout. After reassembly, the engine is

either bench-tested or run-in after vehicle installation to ensure it performs flawlessly.

Engine Repair Services

Not every engine needs a full rebuild. Our repair services are ideal for addressing specific engine

issues without the need to tear down the whole engine.

Common Engine Issues We Repair:

- Overheating or coolant leaks

- Low oil pressure

- Valve ticking or tapping

- Excessive oil consumption

- Misfires or loss of power

- Timing belt or chain failure

When is Repair the Right Choice?

- If your engine has a specific problem (like a blown head gasket or failed timing system) but is

otherwise healthy

- If you're trying to extend the life of your vehicle without a major investment

Performance Upgrades Available

- Forged pistons and connecting rods

- Performance camshafts and valve train components

- Cylinder head porting

- Turbocharger/supercharger support

- ECU remapping and tuning guidance

Quality Assurance

We stand behind our craftsmanship and ensure every engine we rebuild or repair meets the highest

standards.

Built to OEM or Better Specs

All machine work and assembly is done to original manufacturer tolerances-or better. We don't cut

corners, and we only use trusted parts suppliers.

Comprehensive Testing

- Pressure testing of oil and coolant systems

- Compression and leak-down testing

- Full diagnostics (where applicable)

- Optional break-in procedures and tuning

Support

Warranty and Customer Support

- Rebuilt engines include a 6-12 month limited warranty (extended warranties available)

- We guarantee our machining and assembly workmanship

- Post-install support is available for troubleshooting and tuning question
